Needless to say Whelan O’Keeffe were delighted to be selected to carry out a full refurbishment of this period home.
This is included the addition of a modern extension to the rear.
Initially constructed in the early 1860’s, the property had remained largely unchanged since.
With Whelan & O’Keeffe’s vast experience of such properties we fully renovated the house including new insulation, electrics, mechanical systems, alarms, a reorientation of many rooms to allow the house become more functional.
Completed by the addition of new en suites, kitchen, period sash window restoration and a full redecoration.
Outside was finished with a new landscaping scheme to ensure this remains one of Dublin’s premier addresses for many years to come.
