“I haven’t enough good things to say about Luke and Shane , they and their team did an amazing job on my house. Luke project managed the whole thing from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble. They started on time, even starting a half hour early on the first morning and the project finished on time. We even finished under budget which was great for me.
They listened to me, if I wasn’t happy with something they changed it. They cleaned up every evening, whenever I went to site I never felt in the way they explained everything that was going on. The craftsmanship is top notch and they are all so skilled. There was not one person on site I didn’t get on with. When they gave back the keys I turned the key walked in and felt I was never away, it was great. I have an amazing home now and never plan to move which is totally due to Whelan and O’ Keeffe Construction. I would highly recommend them and would only use them in the future.“

Tritonville – Sandymount

“We couldn’t recommend Luke and Shane highly enough for 2 main reasons;
Quality of finish; the end product (combining kitchen and dining room) significantly surpassed our expectations. The job was done very efficiently, with all stages carried out with a very high standard of craftsmanship (brickwork, plasterwork, carpentry, flooring etc). Luke and Shane anticipated every eventuality and their attention to detail was particularly impressive.
Customer service; Luke project managed the process completely from start to finish, all we had to do was pass over the keys on day 1. The job was completed along the agreed timeframe and all the last little jobs were finished up nicely at the end of the project (painting, cleaning etc). We were kept up to date on progress at all stages along the way and we certainly felt that we were in very safe hands.
We will have no hesitation in contracting Luke and Shane again for any work we may do in the future.”

Victoria Villas – Clontarf

“I was really happy with the work carried out by Whelan and O’Keeffe Construction on my house extension. They adhered to the budget and were very responsive to questions or issues that arose during the course of the build. The craftsmanship was of a high standard and the site was always left tidy at the end of a working day. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the services of Whelan and O’Keeffe Construction. They’re accommodating, reliable and very good at what they do “.

House extension – Mount Brown

We are delighted that we contracted Whelan and O’Keefe Construction to undertake the complete renovation of our house on quite a restricted site off a busy road.
Shane oversaw the work and Luke and the team were always pleasant and easy to deal with, answering our many questions along the way and helping us to understand any issues which arose and how they could be addressed.
They worked brilliantly and professionally as part of the overall design and build team and were instrumental in addressing any queries and concerns the neighbours had during the process.
The quality of the work undertaken was excellent and at all times the site was kept clean, tidy and secure. We would have no problem recommending Whelan and O’Keefe and would contract them in the future for any other work we may undertake.

House Renovation – Terenure

"Having worked with many contractors over my years as an interior designer and project manager, I have no hesitation in recommending Whelan and O’Keefe to anyone considering a renovation and construction project.

The contract was delivered on time and on budget, but not only that, at every stage of the project Whelan and O’Keefe were pro-active, professional and always a pleasure to deal with. They were most patient with my never ending detailed design queries, never hesitating, when necessary, to stay late into the evening to work out complicated design details together on site. “Good enough” is not sufficient for Whelan and O’Keefe, they ensure that the end product is something everyone involved can be proud of.

Jane Duffy Lynch

“I would highly recommend Whelan & O’ Keeffe without hesitation. We carried out a large renovation project on an old coach house that was restricted on time and budget. Whelan & O’ Keeffe were excellent in relation to both. There was a ‘can do’ approach to every issue and nothing was too much trouble. We were given every advice and assistance at each stage of the works which was essential when working with a very old house.
I found the team professional, courteous and very hard working. Significantly, the post project service as regards snags was also handled efficiently.
I feel that my house is finished to a very high standard and I would propose to use the company for any future work that we may need.
