A dated home which needed modernisation to accommodate its new owners living requirements.
Through good design and our usual attention to detail the house was transformed in the 7 month programme of works.
A new rear extension, full internal refurbishment, the addition of a new kitchen, heating system and rewire helped to transform this property. All new windows were installed to the highest air tight specifications. A full internal wall insulation system now ensures minimum heating requirements in the future. Alterations to the front landscaping to accommodate two cars and to the rear landscaping ensuring a child friendly environment completed this project to our usual high standard.
